  1. General Requirements

    We ensure all orders are shipped securely and efficiently. To maintain a high level of service, we follow strict shipping procedures.

    • Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout and cannot be changed after purchase.​

    • Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.​

    • Shipping information must be retained for at least six (6) months for record-keeping.​

    • If an order is flagged for security reasons, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the shipment.​

  2. Delivery via External Shipping Providers

    For deliveries handled by third-party carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, UPS):

    • Royal Mail Services:

      • Royal Mail 1st Class: Aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays.

      • Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivery typically within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.

      • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®: Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day.

      • International Services:

        • International Tracked & Signed: Delivery aim of 3-4 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days worldwide.

    • Orders will be shipped with tracking, allowing customers to monitor the delivery status. The tracking number will be shared upon dispatch.​

    • If home delivery is selected, proof of delivery (including date, time, printed name, and signature) will be required.​

    • For pick-up locations, ID verification (passport, driving license, debit/credit card, or a utility bill) will be necessary.​

  3. Delivery via Our Own Service

    If we use our own delivery team:

    • Deliveries will only be made to the address provided at checkout.​ft.com

    • A proof of delivery document will be generated, including date, time, printed name, and signature.​

    • No changes to the shipping address will be allowed once the order has been placed.​
